Losing weight and enjoying a balanced diet are a skill that has to be learned and passed on to others.  On Thursday, he hosts a table d'hôtes.

Every Monday at 6:30 p.m., a welcome drink is served in the presence of the chef.

Every other week, the chef and a dietician take turns to provide you with healthy cooking tips and tell you about the value of the products.

On Wednesdays, a dietician visits the tables and answers questions from spa guests.

On Thursday, he hosts a table d'hôtes.

Eating vegetarianism is not just about removing meat and fish from its diet. It is an art to handle with caution, especially when one monitors its weight.

The balance between the different nutrients must be maintained: preserving an intake of proteins of good biological value without overloading meals with carbohydrates (sugars) or fat remains imperative. However, these are common in vegetarian cooking.

Chef de Savoy and his team have combined their experience in dietary cooking and adapt it to vegetarian cuisine, with the help of dieticians from the Center Nutritionnel des Thermes.

A set of menus adapted to the length of your stay (spa treatments or cures at the Grand Spa Thermal) has been established, allowing you to taste tasty, varied and balanced vegetarian menus, while respecting your desire to slim down.
